I have been using Terry's for years. I have lived in Jacksonville, Orlando, and Kissimmee and I will drive to Gainesville to have my car worked on. I have consistently said good things about Terry's and have been trying to get my father to take his car there. I have a 2002 4Runner that still runs well. My father has a 2006 Lincoln. We could not start his car yesterday. The first thing he said is let's go up to Terry's. Spoke with Lee (who is hilarious) and without a question handed us a battery pack to take back home. It did not turn the car over, so we went back up. I was thinking it was the alternator and he had to get the car towed; which was done within the hour. When I called, he stated it was a bad battery and suggested replacing that. He could have said and charged us anything, but was honest, helpful, kind and, as I said, hilarious.
